Get Eyebrow Transplants

Everyone has different ideas about what they find attractive in the opposite sex. In general, we are attracted to beauty associated with youth ... smooth, unwrinkled skin, glossy thick hair, straight white teeth and a firm body. As we age, there are many thinks we can do to preserve and enhance our looks. Cosmetic dentistry, plastic surgery, liposuction, Botox injections and skin peels are just some of the treatments we seek to bring back the beauty of youth.
In addition to the usual lines and wrinkles which we associate with getting older, there is sometimes a specific issue caused by illness or hereditary factors, such as hair loss. Hair transplants have been around for many years, and can restore thinning hair on the scalp. It has been mostly men who have sought these treatments, as they wish to prevent or restore baldness.

Another problem experienced by both men and women is loss of hair in the eyebrow. The fashion for curved or arched brows has caused some women to pluck out too much hair with tweezers, and these hairs have stopped growing back. A good shape to the eyebrows is very appealing in both men and women, and can have a dramatic effect on how attractive that person feels.
A make up pencil may be used to give the appearance of hair, but if not done carefully, the face may end up with a clown like appearance. Fortunately there are a few more effective solutions.
Eyebrow transplants were originally developed for burns victims, and involves hair follicles being removed from the back of the head and implanted into the brow area. Treatments take 2-3 hours under a local anaesthetic, and the hairs are carefully placed to grow flat against the face in a natural direction. Hair taken from the scalp grows faster and longer than natural brow hairs, so the transplanted hair should be trimmed to keep a good shape.
An alternative to pencils and implants is semi permanent make up. This is very similar to having a tattoo, and the brows can be enhanced with lines carefully created to look like hairs, using the colour of your choice. A natural look is achieved by choosing the same colour as the hair on your head, or slightly darker. It is also important to follow the natural line of the brow bone.
Another solution to consider is false eyebrows made from human hair which can be glued on to give a natural effect. These are available in a choice of colours, with the hair secured to a flexible gel backing which is fixed in place with special adhesive.
